Image segmentation of healthy food using Hue Saturation Value

چکیده
This study aims to distinguish nine types of food based on the pixel intensity HSV image food. The segmentation method used is Hue, Saturation and Value (HSV) compares its performance with RGB RGB+HSV combinations. data in this green bean porridge, nuggets, brown rice, white kale, sausage rendang. begins by converting 162 photos into images, then them images. results were classified using KNN algorithm tested at k=3, 5 7. indicated value accuracy, precision. Recall, F1-scores 96%, 94%, 94% respectively.
